We ship all orders free of charge with DHL Express.
In Europe you can choose Economy or Premium; outside Europe we use Premium only.
All in-stock items are shipped within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday). Delivery times depend on your location:
Europe (including UK and Switzerland):
- 2–4 business days with Express Economy (free of charge)
- 1-2 business days with Express Premium
Outside Europe (e.g. USA):
- 1-2 business days with Express Premium (free of charge)
All orders ship free of charge with DHL Express — worldwide.
We ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) to all EU countries, the UK, Switzerland and the US — meaning no extra charges on delivery.
Customs duties are not covered in:
United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore and Mexico.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please get in touch with our Customer Support Team within 14 days of placing your order.Unfortunately, we’re unable to file claims for lost shipments after this 14-day period.
