COLD SKIN is a curated platform for contemporary jewelry. Founded in Cologne, Germany in 2024, it started from a simple observation:

The jewelry market leaves little room between disposable fashion jewelry and the conventions of traditional luxury. COLD SKIN was built to bridge that gap — not with volume, but with strict criteria: every piece has to hold up in design, in material, and over time.

We bring together independent designers from around the world. We don't run on open intake or bestseller logic. We look at the work closely, and the work decides. What we carry is made from real, lasting materials only. No cheap base metals. No low-grade mass production. That line is non-negotiable.

Behind the platform is a small team of 12 with backgrounds in fashion, buying and brand strategy. That shapes how we evaluate designers, build the assortment and run the business day to day. That same thinking extends to how we treat the people who shop here. For us, the experience around the product has to be as considered as the product itself.
