RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

1. RETURN PERIOD
1.1 You have the right to return any item within 30 days of receiving your order — regardless of where you live.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
1.3 You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email.
2. RETURN PROCESS
2.1 All returns are processed through our returns portal powered by 8returns.
2.2 Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive a prepaid return label. Within Europe, returns are handled by DHL. Outside of Europe, we use UPS.
2.3 All return shipping costs are covered by us, worldwide.

3. REFUNDS
3.1 Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
3.2 If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
3.3 Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
3.4 If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hi@coldskin.com.
4. EXCHANGES
4.1 We offer exchanges for product variants of equal value, such as a different size or color of the same item.
4.2 If the variant you want is available, you can request an exchange directly through our returns portal.
4.3 Exchanges are processed as soon as the original item is received and approved for return.
5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
5.1 Please inspect your order upon arrival.
5.2 If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hi@coldskin.com, so we can resolve the issue.
5.3 We will replace or refund any item that arrives in unacceptable condition at no cost to you.
