To start a return, please use our Returns Portal. You’ll need your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Select the item(s) you want to return, choose the return reason, and follow the steps provided.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hi@coldskin.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Yes — we offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or variant (if available).Just start your request via our Returns Portal, and select “Exchange” as your return reason.If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning your order for a refund and placing a new order.
Yes. All returns are free of charge.

You can return any item within 30 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• unworn / unused
• in original condition
• including all original packaging, pouches, cards and tags
Earrings: can only be returned if unworn, for hygiene reasons.The return must also be shipped from the same country to which the order was delivered.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within up to 5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your return is approved.
