HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS
1. Go to our Returns Portal
Visit our Returns Portal. All you need is your order number and the email address used at checkout.
2. Selection
Choose the item(s) you’d like to return and confirm your selection by clicking “Continue.”Let us know your reason for returning — your feedback helps us improve.
3. Choose your return method
You have three options:
1) Free DHL return (within the EU).
Receive a pre-paid DHL label and drop off your parcel at any DHL location.
2) Free UPS return (outside the EU).
Receive a pre-paid UPS label and drop off at a UPS Access Point or request pickup.
3) Return with your own carrier (worldwide)
Ship at your own cost to: COLD SKIN, Mittelstr. 54, 50672 Cologne, Germany. We recommend insured & tracked shipping.
All options are available directly in our Returns Portal after selecting your items.
4. Get your refund
As soon as your return has been received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method — typically within 14 working days.You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s done.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, with all original labels, packaging, pouches and cards intact.
- Earrings can only be returned if unworn due to hygiene reasons.
- Returns must be shipped from the same country to which they were delivered.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days, depending on your provider.
COLD SKIN reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
