Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Germany, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, United States, and Mexico.
If your country is not listed, unfortunately, we’re currently unable to ship there.
Which delivery services do you offer? How much do they cost and how long do they take?
We offer two delivery options for all orders:
• Standard Shipping (free of charge)
• Express Shipping (charged at checkout based on your location)
All orders are shipped via DHL or DHL Express, depending on the shipping method you select at checkout.
Delivery times and express shipping fees vary by country.

How much does delivery cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no matter where you are in the world.
If you need your order faster, you can select express shipping at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All in-stock items are shipped within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday).
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose:
- Standard shipping:
2–4 business days within the EU
6–12 business days for international destinations - Express shipping:
1–2 business days within the EU
2–4 business days for international destinations

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your personal tracking number.
If you haven’t received the email, please check your spam or junk folder first.
Still nothing? Feel free to reach out to our Customer Support Team — we’ll be happy to assist you.
I haven’t received my order – what should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please get in touch with our Customer Support Team within 30 days of placing your order.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to file claims for lost shipments after this 30-day period.
Where do you ship your products from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Cologne, Germany.
We work with DHL and DHL Express to ensure reliable and fast delivery worldwide.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Changed your mind? No problem. In this section, you’ll find details on how to return or exchange your order, our return conditions, and how refunds are processed.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, with the COLD SKIN label attached, and in their original packaging. Earrings must be unworn. Returns must be shipped from the same country they were delivered to.
We offer free returns via DHL (EU) and UPS (outside the EU). You can also return at your own cost.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days after approval.

How do I return my order?
To return your order, simply use our returns portal within 30 days of delivery.
You’ll need your order number and email address.
You’ll then receive a free return label (DHL within the EU, UPS outside the EU).
Alternatively, you can return the item at your own cost to our warehouse in Germany.

What if I receive a damaged item?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hi@coldskin.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — we offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or variant (if available).
Just start your request via our Returns Portal, and select “Exchange” as your return reason.
If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning your order for a refund and placing a new order.
ORDERS
Need to check or change your order? Find answers here about order confirmations, cancellations, modifications, and more.
How will I know that my order has been confirmed?
As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email with all details — including your order number, selected items, and shipping address.
If you haven’t received an email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or reach out to us at hi@coldskin.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at hi@coldskin.com.
Once your order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
What should I do if my order is incomplete or an item is faulty?
We’re sorry to hear that something went wrong with your order.
Please contact our Customer Support Team at hi@coldskin.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll make sure to resolve it as quickly as possible.
How can I get notified when a size or item is back in stock?
Simply visit the product page and select the size you’re looking for.
Click on the ‘Notify Me’ button and enter your email address – we’ll send you an email as soon as the item is available again.
PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including:
• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

• Apple Pay & Google Pay

Why was my credit or debit card declined at checkout?
If your card was declined during checkout, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider for more information.
Common reasons include:
– Invalid or expired payment method
– Incorrect billing details
– Bank restrictions or security checks
You can also try a different card or payment method and attempt the checkout again.
Possible reasons for declined payments are invalid payment method, incorrect billing details or bank issues. We advise you to try another card/payment method or contact your bank.
Are your payment methods secure to use?
Yes – all payments are processed via 3D Secure (Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode), which adds an extra layer of protection by verifying the identity of the cardholder during checkout.
This method is 100% secure and ensures your payment is authorized directly by your bank.
If you have any questions about 3D Secure, please reach out to your bank or payment provider.
Are VAT / tax and duties included in the given price?
That depends on your shipping country and the value of your order.
For most of our key regions, you won’t have to pay anything extra upon delivery, as we ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). This includes:
• All EU countries
• United States (orders under $800 USD)
• United Kingdom (orders under £900 GBP)
• Switzerland (orders under 10,000 CHF)
• Norway (orders under 10,000 NOK)
• Australia (orders under 1,000 AUD)
• Singapore (orders under 400 SGD)
• UAE (orders under 1,000 AED)
• Hong Kong SAR (orders under 1,000 HKD)
If you’re ordering from a country not listed above, your order will be shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means you may need to pay taxes or duties upon delivery — the exact amount depends on your country’s import regulations.
